  I bought my pet hamster, Martin, here and a year and a half later I noticed a small lump on his back. I called them up this morning and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful in directing me to the Vets4Pets department. The receptionist on that desk was also very friendly and happily registered my details and booked me an appointment within the hour. When I arrived I was early but still only had to wait 5mins before the vet called me in. The vet was also very friendly, helpful and generally approachable. It turns out the lump was just a gland and Martin was in perfect health but throughout the whole ordeal (I was a very worried mum!) every single person I spoke to at Pets at Home and Vets4Pets was extremely polite and assuring and I am genuinely thankful for their excellent customer service. I will be strongly recommending them to anyone I know with a pet :)
